Senior Lifestyle is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Lincolnwood Place in Illinois. This full-time evening shift runs 2 PM to 10 PM under RN/LPN supervision. You will provide compassionate care and support to residents, document care, and ensure safety and comfort.

Responsibilities include taking vital signs, assisting with daily activities, and promoting independence while protecting residents' rights and dignity in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent, 1+ years clinical experience.
• CNA licensure as required by state regulations.
• English proficiency to perform duties and communicate with staff.

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs.
• Measure height, weight and fluid intake/output.
• Assist with medication reminders, bathing and daily living activities.
• Transfer, position and turn residents.
• Provide skin care to residents.
• Contribute to assessment and care plan.
• Follow supervisor's schedule and prioritise needs.
• Provide emotional and social support.
• Protect resident rights and report concerns.
