Job summary

Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care for our senior residents. You will provide hands-on support, monitor health needs, and help ensure comfort and dignity.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification required.
• Strong communication and compassionate mindset.
• Ability to perform lifts and transfer patients safely.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care within CNA scope of practice.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Measure and document vital signs and observations.
• Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff; support mobility, transfers and safety.
• Document care accurately and timely; follow infection control and safety guidelines.

Skills

Active CNA certification

Strong communication skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

CPR/First Aid certification

Experience in senior living/healthcare

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
