Job summary

Equiliem seeks compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join a Long-Term Care facility in Pennsylvania. The CNA will deliver direct patient care and support residents with daily living activities while maintaining a safe, respectful environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, monitoring resident conditions, taking vital signs, and collaborating with nurses to ensure high-quality care. Pennsylvania CNA certification and prior LTC exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania or eligibility to work as a CNA in PA.
• Minimum of one year of healthcare experience.
• At least two months of recent Long-Term Care (LTC) experience.
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Take and record vital signs as directed.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning of residents.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and infection control guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to provide quality resident care.
