Bluebird Wellness & Rehabilitation in St. Louis, MO is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide compassionate, hands-on care in our skilled nursing facility. No experience required—training provided—join a supportive team with competitive pay and benefits.

As a CNA, you will assist residents with ADLs, mobility, and daily tasks, while communicating changes to licensed nurses and collaborating with the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Formación

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Missouri in good standing.
• CPR/BLS certification required or current CPR/BLS within certification period.
• Strong communication with residents and staff in English.
• Compassionate, reliable and team-oriented approach.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, grooming, dressing and hygiene.
• Support residents with mobility and positioning; use adaptive equipment as needed.
• Ensure residents are clean, dry and comfortable at all times.
• Change bed linens, make beds, and maintain clean bedding.
• Explain care procedures to residents before assisting.
• Participate in shift reports and communicate with nursing staff.
• Observe changes in resident condition and report to licensed nurses.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure quality outcomes.
