Job summary

Delta View Post Acute in Antioch, CA is seeking compassionate CNAs to join a supportive, team-driven skilled nursing setting. Full-Time and On-Call options available with AM, PM, and NOCP shifts. Starting at $22.00 per hour, with competitive benefits and ongoing training.

You will assist residents with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, document care, and collaborate with licensed nurses to ensure safe, dignified care. Prior long-term care exposure is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, mobility).
• Measure and document vital signs and other resident information.
• Observe changes in condition and report to nursing team.
• Document resident care according to policies and procedures.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and mobility needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment; provide emotional support.
