Qualifications

• Current, active California CNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily nursing care according to each resident's care plan.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility.
• Support meals and hydration; monitor nutrition and fluid intake.
• Report changes in condition to the nursing team promptly.
• Answer call lights promptly and deliver compassionate care.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Document care and follow facility policies.
