Job summary

Care Plus Management's Lincoln Village Healthcare Center in Lincoln, IL is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care under licensed staff supervision. The role requires ADL assistance, vital signs, and safe transfers while upholding dignity and safety.

Full-time hours are 6:00 AM–6:00 PM with every other weekend; PRN shifts are also available. IL CNA certification in good standing, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong English communication are

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Current Illinois CNA certification in good standing.
Prior long-term care or similar healthcare experience preferred.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Compassion, patience, and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility.
Provide safe resident transfers and ambulation using proper body mechanics and equipment.
Measure and record vital signs, height, weight, intake, and output as directed.
Assist with range-of-motion exercises and positioning to maintain skin integrity.
Monitor residents' status and promptly report changes to the nurse.
Document care provided and observations in accordance with facility policies.
