Job summary

Lincoln Village Healthcare Center in Lincoln, IL, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care under licensed staff supervision. You will assist residents with ADLs, monitor conditions, and support comfort, dignity, and safety in line with facility standards.

This full‑time role offers 6:00 AM–6:00 PM shifts (every other weekend) with pay of $18.00 per hour, plus up to 6.5% subsidy and a $7,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Current Illinois CNA certification in good standing.
• Prior experience in long-term care or similar healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Compassion, patience, and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, mobility).
• Provide safe resident transfers and ambulation using body mechanics and equipment.
• Measure and record vital signs, height, weight, intake/output as directed.
• Assist with ROM and positioning to prevent skin injuries.
• Monitor residents and report changes to the nurse; document care.
