Job summary

Concho Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily care and work closely with the care team to maintain high-quality service.

You will assist with personal care, maintain a safe environment, aid mobility, document vitals, and encourage resident engagement. Strong attendance and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Texas state CNA certification required.
• Accurate documentation of vitals, intake/output, and meals.
• Caring, patient-focused with strong attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: grooming, bathing, peri-care, dressing.
• Maintain resident environment: change linens, stock supplies.
• Support mobility: safely ambulate and transfer with assistive devices.
• Record vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption.
• Assist with positioning and ROM exercises as directed.
• Provide engagement and reality orientation as needed.
