Responsibilities include assisting with transfers, meals, wound care as directed, and maintaining patient safety. Competitive hourly pay and a benefits package are offered, with rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a safety-focused, comfortable manner.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Record vital signs and weights per policy.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers; ensure proper body alignment.
• Care for personal belongings and assist with treatments as needed.
• Use EMR per business processes; respond to call lights promptly.
• Support care planning and implement care per plan.
• Maintain confidentiality and PHI protection.
