Job summary

Arbor Acres CNA position in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a compassionate caregiver to assist residents with daily living and support nursing staff. You will help maintain a warm, dignified environment for our seniors.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, CNA I certification, and the ability to lift 30 lbs. Bilingual is a plus. We offer a competitive salary with shift/weekend differentials and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Nurse Aide I and NC Nurse Aide Registry must be active.
• Preferred 6 months CNA experience.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs and assist residents.
• Bilingual is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff in providing care to geriatric residents.
• Help residents with daily living activities and personal grooming.
• Assist residents with toilet use and bedpan; transport to meals/activities.
• Respond promptly to call bells and emergencies within one minute.
• Record vital signs, bowel/bladder function and intake/output.
