Qualifications

• CNA certification in good standing in relevant state.
• Previous long-term care or senior living experience preferred.
• Compassionate, reliable, patient-centered.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds; stand/bend for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care to residents under supervision.
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing and grooming.
• Assist with transfers, positioning, and mobility.
• Maintain resident safety and comfort, monitor well-being.
• Document care and report changes to licensed nurse.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas.
• Support for activities and transport to appointments.
