Job summary

Sioux Center Health in Sioux Center, IA seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct patient care following the care plan and support health goals.

You will assist with daily activities, monitor vitals, and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure patient comfort and safety while maintaining a clean, orderly care environment and upholding our Christian-based care culture.

Qualifications

• Completion of CNA course is required.
• CPR certification within 3 months of hire.
• Bi-lingual experience preferred but not required.
• Prior related work experience preferred.
• Attends 12 hours of in-service training yearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care and monitor vital signs.
• Assist with feeding and meal assistance as needed.
• Record and communicate clinical data and patient reports.
• Maintain clean, stocked patient care areas and equipment.
• Collaborate with nurses and other staff to ensure quality care.
