Acts Retirement-Life Communities in Wilmington, DE is seeking a compassionate Wellness Home Services Provider (CNA) to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care across levels of care. You’ll assist with daily living activities while prioritizing safety, comfort, and dignity for residents.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program; or equivalent verifiable training and experience that meets all applicable state requirements
• Current CPR certification (or obtain within three months of employment)
• If responsible for transporting a resident, must maintain a valid state driver’s license and provide proof of current automobile liability insurance

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to residents at all levels of care
• Provide direct, hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, mobility)
• Monitor residents’ physical and emotional well-being and report changes to supervisor for proactive care
