Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Wellness Home Services Provider (CNA) to deliver compassionate, hands-on care to residents across all levels of care. You will assist with daily living activities and monitor residents’ well-being, reporting changes promptly to the supervisor to support proactive care.

The role requires CNA training, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license if transporting residents.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved CNA program or equivalent training meeting state requirements.
• Current CPR certification (or obtain within three months of employment).
• If responsible for transporting a resident, must maintain a valid state driver’s license and provide proof of current automobile liability insurance

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to residents within all levels of care.
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, mobility).
• Monitor residents’ physical and emotional well-being and report changes promptly to supervisor.
• Prioritize resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times.
