Millington Health Care Center is seeking a compassionate Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care under supervision. You will assist with personal care, monitor vitals, document intake and output, and support the care plan with licensed nurses.

The role emphasizes teamwork, infection control, and respecting residents’ rights in a 24/7 care setting. CPR certification and state CNA certification are preferred or in progress.

Qualificações

• Current Nursing Assistant Certification from state.
• CPR certification.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills with residents and families.
• Genuine caring for elderly and disabled residents.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care (grooming, bathing, dressing, oral care) daily and as needed.
• Ambulate and transfer residents with proper body mechanics.
• Record vital signs, weights, intake/output, and other data.
• Observe changes and report to Charge Nurse promptly.
• Assist in collecting data for MDS and care plans.
• Provide hydration and assist with meals and feeding as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow infection control procedures.
• Attend in-service education to meet facility requirements.
