Rocky Mountain Care - Evanston is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate resident care under the supervision of the nursing leadership. You will assist residents with daily living activities, document care, and support the care team in a long-term care setting.

You will follow care plans, maintain safety, and uphold privacy and dignity while helping residents with mobility, meals, and routine tasks. A valid CNA license, CPR/BLS, and a Food Handler Permit are required.

Qualifikationen

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Current Food Handler Permit.
• Minimum 1 year of long-term care CNA experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plans.
• Support nursing staff and other team members.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning and safe patient handling.
• Coordinate dining services and meal delivery at assigned times.
• Document intake, weight, skin condition, and toileting activities.
• Participate in life safety drills and infection control procedures.
