Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a minimum of a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) under state law.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per the resident's care plan.
• Identify residents before treatments and meals, using wristbands or photo IDs.
• Report changes in residents' conditions to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Record accurate flow sheet entries and keep patient information confidential.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility as trained, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Observe and report any injuries or changes in resident condition to prevent complications.
