Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's care plan.
• Identify residents before administering treatments using wristband/photo ID.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets, notes, and charts.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and comply with privacy policies.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility as trained.
• Prepare residents for medical tests and assist with transfers or transportation as needed.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent (10th grade minimum)
