Job summary

• Assist in admission and discharge of residents.
• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, eating).
• Assist with mobility and transfers using gait belts or assistive devices.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and dignity at all times.
• Document care provided and report changes to the Charge Nurse.
