Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in admission and discharge of residents.
• Assist with bathing, oral care, grooming, and diapering as needed.
• Assist with feeding, meal preparation, and mealtime support.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Report changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse.
• Document care provided and report to oncoming shift.
