Midwest Health, Inc. seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct and indirect resident care under the direction of a licensed nurse. The role emphasizes safety, dignity, and high-quality patient support in daily activities.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, documenting care, and supporting the nursing team with resident needs while following facility policies. Strong communication and reliability are essential to success in this position.

Formación

• Must have valid CNA certification in good standing.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must pass background checks and be eligible for employment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct and indirect resident care under licensed nurse supervision.
• Follow facility policies and procedures for safety and care.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, feeding).
• Record and report resident changes to the Charge Nurse promptly.
• Prepare residents for meals and assist with feeding.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Maintain resident privacy and dignity at all times.
