Benedictine is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care. You will report condition changes to the RN or LPN and maintain charting in the POC system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Ideal candidates communicate effectively in English, maintain registry status, and hold a current BLS certification. This role supports a caring, resident-centered approach within a non-profit senior care environment.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The CNA provides direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.
• The CNA demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
