Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver compassionate resident care in a senior living environment. The CNA will report changes to the RN or LPN and maintain accurate charting in the POC system, ensuring patient dignity and respect.

Strong communication in English is essential. Applicants must be in good standing on the state CNA registry, hold a BLS certification, and demonstrate time management and prioritization of tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The CNA provides direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.
• Demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
