Benedictine Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, direct resident care and support for our residents in a respectful, person-centered environment. The CNA will document changes in the POC system and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure timely communication and quality care.

Responsibilities include prioritizing tasks, maintaining safety, and upholding the organization’s values of hospitality and respect.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while documenting in POC system.
• Demonstrate time management and prioritization of tasks.
