Benedictine CNA-NAR position invites you to join a compassionate care team serving our residents. You will provide direct resident care, monitor condition changes, and document in the POC system, reporting to RN or LPN as needed.

Strong communication and English literacy, BLS certification, and being in good standing with the state CNA registry are required. This is a rewarding role with a supportive non-profit environment focused on hospitality and respect.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The CNA provides direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.
• The CNA demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
