Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains residents’ comfort and provides ADL care per scope of practice; responds to call lights.
• Assists with personal care, supporting independence whenever possible.
• Observes changes and reports to the nurse; participates in care/service plans.
• Supports meals and feeds residents needing full assistance.
• Documents care in clinical records and maintains a safe environment.
