Lutheran Senior Services is a faith-based, not-for-profit network serving seniors 62+. We are seeking CNAs to provide compassionate, person-centered care in MO/IL locations, upholding dignity and independence for residents.

Responsibilities include ADL support, mealtime assistance, documentation, and collaboration with licensed staff. Competitive shift differentials apply, with comprehensive benefits for full-time and part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Missouri CNA certification is required.
• Illinois CNA certification is required.
• PA Pennsylvania registry enrollment within 120 days of training completion.
• Desire to be part of a person-centered care team.
• Prior experience with direct patient care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains residents’ comfort and provides ADL care per scope of practice.
• Assists with personal care and helps residents maintain independence.
• Observes residents and reports changes to the nurse.
• Participates in care/service plans to improve residents’ lives.
• Assists during mealtimes and feeds residents needing full assistance.
• Builds meaningful relationships with residents and families with compassion.
• Supports residents’ participation in daily activities and decisions.
• Assists with therapies and treatments under licensed staff supervision.
• Documents care provided in clinical records.
• Keeps environment clean and safe.
