Job summary

Skyline Heights Nursing and Rehabilitation in Billings, MT is hiring a dedicated CNA to provide routine daily nursing care according to residents' assessments and care plans. You will assist with activities of daily living and mobility, identify residents before procedures, and document observations accurately.

You will report changes to the Nurse Supervisor, maintain a safe environment, help with meals and transfers, and support the care team to ensure compassionate resident care and smooth

Qualifications

• Must hold current CNA license.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Strong ability to document care and communicate with the care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident assessment and care plan.
• Identify residents using wristband/photo before treatments and meals.
• Record observations, vital signs, and care activities accurately.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Escort residents, prepare rooms, and ensure a safe, comfortable environment.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
