Job summary

SKYLINEHEIGHTS is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide daily nursing care per care plans and ensure resident comfort and safety. You will document changes, assist with mobility, and support preparation for tests in a caring, compliant environment.

Must hold a current CNA license; CPR is preferred. Ability to write reports and communicate with supervisors is essential for maintaining high quality care and resident wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Must have current CNA license in accordance with state laws.
• Ability to write reports and communicate with management.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to interpret written, oral, or schedule instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident care plans.
• Identify residents before procedures and document accurately.
• Report changes to Nurse Supervisor promptly and maintain confidentiality.
• Assist residents with daily activities and mobility as needed.
• Prepare residents for medical tests and examinations.
• Observe for pressure areas and report skin issues to prevent ulcers.
