Job summary

Holiday-Resort-Health- is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate resident care in a Salina, Kansas facility. You will work under a licensed nurse, performing daily patient care activities, measurements, and care documentation to ensure comfort and safety for residents.

Strong English communication and reliability are essential. Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, grooming, meals, mobility, and post-care reporting, while adhering to facility policies

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CNA certification in good standing with the State.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must be able to work beyond normal working hours and on weekends/holidays when necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect resident care under the direction of a licensed nurse.
• Comply with facility policies, safety rules, and reporting procedures.
• Assist in admission and discharge of residents and support daily living activities (bathing, grooming, feeding).
• Perform routine measurements (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respirations, weight, height) and document results.
• Assist with resident mobility and transfers using gait belts; ensure safety at all times.
• Complete required care documentation and give handoff reports to the next shift.
