Job summary

PACS is seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents per their care plans. You will identify residents before treatments and meals, record progress, and report changes to the supervising nurse.

Responsibilities include maintaining resident comfort, confidentiality, assistance with transfers and daily living activities, and ensuring rooms and supplies are ready. CPR certification is preferred, and a minimum 10th grade education is required.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per care plan.
• Identify residents before treatments and meals.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to Nurse Supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident health information.
• Assist with transfers, mobility, and daily living activities.
• Ensure rooms and supplies are prepared for residents.
