Job summary

Ellen Memorial Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center LLC is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Hawley, PA team. You will provide direct patient care, monitor vital signs, assist with ADLs, and maintain accurate records in a warm, respectful environment.

As part of our care team, you will collaborate with nurses and other professionals to deliver comprehensive care and support residents and their families with empathy and integrity.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA certification in Pennsylvania.
• Compassionate and skilled CNA with patient care experience.
• Ability to work in Hawley facility. (Note: ensure local license & compliance)

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care, including vital signs, wound care, and other essential needs
• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Supporting a positive and respectful environment for residents, families, and colleagues
