Ellen Memorial Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Wayne County, PA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join its inpatient care team. You will provide direct patient care, assist with daily living activities, and support residents in a warm, home-like environment.

Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to monitor resident well-being, document care, and communicate changes promptly.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Pennsylvania
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing and grooming
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as feeding, toileting and mobility
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
