Job summary

Ellen Memorial Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Hawley, PA, is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide high-quality care for our residents in a warm, home-like setting. This role includes a 3000 sign-on bonus and opportunities to grow within a state-of-the-art facility.

The CNA will assist with daily living activities, monitor vitals, help with transfers and ambulation, provide emotional support, and maintain a clean, safe environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work with patients of varying ages and abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and transfer patients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with transfers and ambulation.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
