Qualifikationen

• Ability to assist with lifting, transferring, and positioning of patients and equipment.

• Provide personalized care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Monitor and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse).
• Assist patients with ambulation, transferring, and positioning.

• Collaborate with nursing staff to implement individualized care plans.
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams for coordinated care.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with best practices.
