Job summary

Avera Creighton Care Center in Creighton, NE is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide for a PRN role with rotating days, evenings, nights and weekends. Hours are filled as needed; eight shifts per quarter, including two weekends and one holiday per year.

You will provide direct care, assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and support mobility while maintaining a safe, respectful environment for residents.

Qualifications

• CNA license required within 120 days.
• Ability to perform ADLs with compassion and patience.
• Effective communication and teamwork in a care setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Perform routine and non-routine duties as directed by nursing staff.
• Take and document vital signs and other patient information.
• Assist with restocking supplies and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Provide emotional and spiritual support to residents and families.
