Job summary

Avera Creighton Care Center in Creighton, Nebraska seeks a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to provide direct, personal care to residents in a skilled nursing setting, meeting physical, social, and spiritual needs daily.

This PRN position requires flexibility for rotating days/evenings/nights and weekends, with 8 shifts every 3 months and one holiday per year. You will assist with bathing, dressing, transfers, vitals, and documentation.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred or required.
• Excellent interpersonal and observation skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and document accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Perform routine nursing assistant tasks under supervision.
• Take vitals and document findings.
• Maintain clean, safe environment and transport residents as needed.
