Job summary

Canyon Springs Post-Acute in San Jose, CA is hiring full-time CNAs to join a supportive care team. Shifts include PM and NOC on a 4/2 rotation, with competitive pay of $23.00–$24.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Active California CNA certification is required.
• Availability for full-time 4/2 rotation (PM & NOC).
• Ability to assist residents with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meals.
• Follow care plans and report changes to licensed staff.
• Document care accurately and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers.
• Collaborate with nursing team to deliver high-quality care.
