Job summary

BrightStar Care of Midtown Raleigh is seeking experienced CNAs and PCAs for immediate openings in the Durham area to provide compassionate in-home care. Join a team that values reliability, professionalism, and quality care as you support clients in their own homes.

Responsibilities include personal and companion care, following the care plan, accurate documentation, communicating changes, and maintaining safety.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and professionalism required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companion care and personal care to clients in their homes.
• Follow and complete all tasks outlined in the client's plan of care.
• Document care provided, time, and attendance accurately.
• Communicate client changes or concerns promptly to the Director of Nursing.
• Maintain a safe environment while following agency policies and procedures.
• Respond appropriately and professionally in emergency situations.
• Use caregiving equipment safely, including Hoyer lifts.
• Maintain reliable attendance and arrive to shifts on time.
• Submit shift availability at least two weeks in advance.
• Assist with client transportation as needed.
