Job summary

Atrium Health Floyd Medical Center’s Nursing Float Pool is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for 6a–6p shifts, with every third weekend required. 36 hours per week, pay range $20.80–$31.20 per hour.

The CNA delivers patient care under supervision, maintains a clean, safe environment, and supports family-centered care across adolescent, adult and geriatric units. Requirements include HS diploma or GED, CNA certification, and BCLS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completed CNA training from an approved program.
• Current CNA certification in the state.
• BCLS certified.
• One year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under supervision.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and quiet environment.
• Support family-centered care and comfort.
• Participate in performance improvement activities across units.
