Qualifications

• Must hold a current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas.
• Able to accurately record information and perform basic clinical procedures.
• Strong communication skills and a patient, compassionate demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing.
• Maintain a clean and safe resident environment and assist with supplies.
• Support mobility through safe ambulation and transfers with appropriate devices.
• Record vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption accurately.
• Assist with positioning to ensure comfort and safety of residents.
• Encourage engagement and support range of motion activities as directed.
