Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate daily care to residents on-site. You will work with the care team to deliver high-quality services, maintain patient dignity, and document vitals and meals accurately.

The role emphasizes attendance, reliability, and a cooperative attitude to support residents with daily activities and mobility, while adhering to safety policies and patient rights.

Qualifications

• Holds a current Texas CNA certification.
• Ability to accurately record vitals, weights, and intake/output.
• Clear communication and compassionate, patient demeanor.
• Cares for elderly and disabled individuals with respect.
• Understands Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities.
• Follows safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, dressing according to policy.
• Maintain resident environment: change linens and stock supplies.
• Support mobility: assist with ambulation and transfers with proper body mechanics.
• Record vital information: vitals, weights, intake/output, meals.
• Assist with positioning: turn and reposition residents for comfort and safety.
• Encourage engagement: lead range of motion exercises and reality orientation.
