Qualifications

• Current CPR card is required.
• For Riverside positions, CNA with 1000 hours recent acute clinical or skilled nursing facility experience within the last three years.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic nursing care and ADLs under RN supervision.
• Maintain patient records and communicate observations promptly.
• Ensure clean, safe care environment and comply with hospital policies.
