You will work closely with nurses and other care professionals to deliver physical and emotional support. Ideal candidates are licensed CNAs with experience in healthcare or long-term care, excellent communication, and a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required.
• Experience in healthcare or long-term care is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move residents safely.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Help client move and reposition safely to prevent bedsores and promote mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties in clients' rooms, including cleaning and tidying up.
• Report changes in clients' condition to nurse supervisor.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity while delivering care.
