• Monitor vital signs and assist with activities of daily living (meals, bathing, ambulating, toileting, turning and repositioning).
• Promote patient comfort by addressing call lights and communicating needs to nursing staff.
• Contribute to a safe admission, transfer and discharge process.
• Maintain patient rights to comfort, privacy and dignity while delivering care.
