Home Helpers Home Care of the Northern Shenandoah Valley in Purcellville, VA is seeking compassionate CNAs to deliver in-home care for seniors and individuals in need. You’ll provide daily living support, companionship, and safety, while following personalized care plans in clients’ homes.

Qualified CNAs must have active CNA and CPR certificates, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to train on specific care protocols.

Formación

• Active CNA certification is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• PPD certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Clean driving record.
• Access to email and a smartphone for communication.
• Training provided for those new to home care.

Responsabilidades

• Personal Care: assist with bathing, grooming, dressing and mobility to ensure comfort and dignity.
• Health Monitoring: observe clients and report changes in condition.
• Household Support: help with light cleaning and meal prep for a safe home environment.
• Transportation Assistance: provide safe rides for errands, appointments, and social events.
• Companionship: engage in conversation and activities to enrich clients’ lives.
• Care Plan Implementation: follow personalized care plans for consistent, high-quality service.
• Team Collaboration: communicate with families and care teams to meet clients’ needs.
