Job summary

Eventide on Eighth Care Center is seeking part-time Nursing Assistants to join our care team in Moorhead, MN. This role offers a variety of shifts and every other weekend and holiday rotation. A 7% part-time premium is provided for all hours worked, plus a $2 shift differential for evenings and nights.

The CNA will support residents’ physical, mental, spiritual, psychological and social wellbeing under supervision, delivering care per established procedures and care plans.

Qualifications

• Requires a current Minnesota Nurse Assistant, NAR Certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Long Term Care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and ensure their physical, mental, spiritual, psychological and social needs are met.
• Carry out resident care plans under supervision and guidance of the Charge Nurse.
• Ensure safety, privacy and dignity in all interactions and maintain a clean, comfortable environment.
• Follow Minnesota Department of Health and CMS rules and report any safety or rights violations promptly.
• Respond to call lights and alarms promptly and document pertinent information.
