Qualifications

• Must have a MN CNA license or be able to obtain upon hire.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Observes and assists with medications under nurse direction.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assists residents with ambulation and/or therapeutic exercises.
• Provides nutrition and fluid intake through meal preparation.
• Documents in resident records as instructed and updates care plans.
• Participates in development and review of the plan of care.
