Job summary

Renown Health in Nevada is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant to support patients across pediatric to geriatric units. Under supervision of the unit manager or nurse on duty, you will assist with activities of daily living, monitor safety, and provide emotional support while maintaining documentation and communicating with the care team.

This part-time role requires English proficiency, CNA certification in NV, AHA BLS, and at least six months CNA experience; start-to-work bonus up to $1,000;

Qualifications

• Six months CNA experience preferred.
• Must have working-level knowledge of English (reading, writing and speaking).
• AHA BLS certification required; ability to obtain Nevada CNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide activities of daily living support (hygiene, mobility, safety) to patients across age groups.
• Provide emotional support and effective communication with patients and care team.
• Assist with documentation of patient care from pre-admission to discharge and coordinate tests and treatments.
• Maintain unit supplies and interdepartmental communication; follow standard operating procedures.
